Burdock Fry

Just fry the burdock soaked in ginger soy sauce. Very easy and delicious vegan food.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Burdock
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 10 g Ginger potato starch or rice flour
  • 4-5 tbsp Potato starch or rice flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying asappropriate

Instructions
 

  •  Washthe burdock well and remove any dirt. 3, grate ginger.
  • Cut into 3 cm lengths and cutvertically in half or quarter.
  • Grateginger.
  •  Put mirin, soy sauce, ginger and burdock in astasher and knead.
  • Storein the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Take out the burdock, add potato starch and fry it in oil.
    The temperature of the oil is about 170 degrees Celsius. (338 ℉Fahrenheit).
  • It’s done.
