Instructions
Washthe burdock well and remove any dirt. 3, grate ginger.
Cut into 3 cm lengths and cutvertically in half or quarter.
Grateginger.
Put mirin, soy sauce, ginger and burdock in astasher and knead.
Storein the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Take out the burdock, add potato starch and fry it in oil.
The temperature of the oil is about 170 degrees Celsius. (338 ℉Fahrenheit).
It’s done.
