Vegan Tofu Butter

This butter is made of tofu and coconut oil. So it's very healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Flavorless Coconut oil
  • 100 ml Soy milk
  • 70 g Silken tofu
  • 1.5 tsp Shio Koji
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Bring soy milk,tofu, and coconut oil to roomtemperature.
  • If thecoconut oil is solid, put it in a hot water bath to melt.
  • Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • It's done!Transfer to a clean container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2weeks, or 2 months if frozen.
