Mix rice flower, okarapowder and baking powder together.
In a separate bowl,add Amazake ,Shio Koji, and Tofu and mix well.
Put this mixture in the bowl with the powders and mix well.
Then add the flour and the soy milk little bylittle. It's OK when it reachesa consistency like earlobe .
Thendeep-fry the mixture in oil. Fry slowly at alow temperature of about 160 degrees Celsius.
When it turns done golden brown, take it out to thetray.
If you like,toss some brown sugar or coconutsugar into the bowl. Mix whilethe donuts are still warm.
It's done. Serve immediately, while still hot.
