Instructions
Wash the pumpkin. Remove pumpkin seeds.
Don't throw these seeds away as they will be adelicious treat.
Put the cotton part in miso soup or soup.
Peel the pumpkin thickly, about 2mm. Thetrick is to peel it a little thicker.
